Solo walk£20

What's included

Each solo walk is 45 minutes long and costs £20. It is one dog and one walker for the whole time, with collection from your home at the start and drop-off at the end. Rain or shine, the walk goes ahead.

We start with a meet and greet at your house, so we can learn your Lab’s routine, where the lead and treats live, and anything we should know about them.

Why it suits Labradors

Labradors are a high energy breed, and our notes put their daily needs at 90 minutes plus. A 45 minute solo walk gives a focused half of that, and it pairs well with your own walk morning or evening.

With nobody else to watch, the walker can stay on top of the scavenging that Labs are known for, and steer them past tempting water when you would rather they came home dry. It also suits Labs still learning lead manners, as there are no other dogs pulling their attention away.

Where we walk

Solo walks usually start close to home. In town that might be Bellevue Park or Acton Park. In Coedpoeth we use Nant Mill and the woodland at Minera Lead Mines, and for Rhostyllen and Bersham there is the Clywedog Trail past Bersham Ironworks.

Rules for dogs vary between sites, so we always check the signs on the day and keep your Lab on lead wherever they ask.
