Drop-in Visits for Lurchers in Wrexham
A long day home alone is easier for a Lurcher with a visit in the middle of it. Our drop-in visits for Lurchers in Wrexham are 30 minute calls to check in, play, feed and let your dog out, in the home where they feel settled.
- Fully insured
- DBS checked

What's included
A drop-in visit runs for 30 minutes and costs £10. We check on your Lurcher, spend time playing, put food down if needed and let them out for the loo. A feed and let out visit, for when that is all you need, is £7.
Cats in the house are welcome on the same visit. We meet you at home first to agree routines and sort out keys.
Why it suits Lurchers
Our breed notes rate Lurchers as medium energy, needing 45 to 60 minutes of walking a day plus sprints. A drop-in does not cover that, but it gives a break, some play and a toilet stop on days you are out for long.
Lurchers have a strong prey drive. If you have a cat as well, tell us how they get on at the meet and greet, so we know how to handle the visit.
Where we walk
Drop-ins are home visits, so there is no trail involved. We let your Lurcher out in the garden or wherever they normally go, keeping an eye on gates and fences.
For their daily exercise, our solo walks keep Lurchers on lead close to home, using spots such as Acton Park and Bellevue Park, or Alyn Waters Country Park for Gwersyllt and Llay. We follow the signs for dogs at each site.
